Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of BizPilot OS, a business automation and content-operations service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Service
BizPilot provides business automation, CRM, AI-assisted workflows, content operations and third-party integrations. Features may differ by workspace, plan, provider availability or beta status.
Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information and may connect or manage only accounts, data and content you are authorized to use. You are responsible for actions taken by authorized users in your workspace.
Third-party platforms
Connected platforms have their own terms, policies, permissions, limits and review requirements. They may restrict, reject, delay or remove content or API access. BizPilot does not control those provider decisions.
Social publishing
BizPilot attempts supported publishing only when required permissions and product gates are satisfied. You are responsible for reviewing the destination account, content, caption, privacy, interaction and disclosure settings before confirming publication, and for ensuring your content complies with applicable law and platform policies.
AI features
AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing important output before relying on, publishing or acting on it.
Acceptable use
You must not use BizPilot to violate law or third-party rights, access accounts without authorization, distribute malware, send unlawful spam, or circumvent provider permissions, audits, rate limits or security controls.
Your data and content
You retain rights you have in content and business data you provide. You grant BizPilot the limited rights needed to host, process, transform and transmit that content to provide the service and perform actions you request.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and beta status
Controlled Beta features may change, be limited or be discontinued. BizPilot does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, third-party provider approval, business outcomes, reach or the accuracy of AI-generated content.
Suspension
Access may be suspended for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, provider requirements or conduct that threatens the service or other users.
