BizPilot OS provides business automation, CRM, AI-assisted workflows, content operations and integrations with third-party platforms. This policy explains how information is handled when you use BizPilot OS.
Information we process
We may process account details, business/workspace information, content you create or upload, connected-platform account identifiers and permissions, technical/security logs, and usage information needed to operate the service.
Connected platforms
When you connect a third-party account, BizPilot uses only the permissions you authorize. For TikTok Content Posting API, BizPilot may display the authorized creator identity and available privacy/interaction options, and may send content to TikTok only after the required user confirmation.
Access and refresh tokens are kept server-side and are not exposed in the browser interface.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, operate requested workflows, connect authorized third-party services, maintain audit and security records, prevent duplicate actions, diagnose errors, and improve reliability.
AI processing
Task-relevant information may be sent to configured AI providers when needed to perform a requested AI feature. Important AI-generated output should be reviewed before use.
Sharing
Information may be processed by infrastructure, AI, authentication, messaging, analytics, payment, or connected-platform providers only as needed to operate the service, or when required by law.
Retention and security
Information is retained as needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit evidence, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. BizPilot uses tenant separation, access controls, encrypted credential storage and audit logging as part of its security controls.
Your choices
You may disconnect supported third-party accounts and may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some audit/security records may be retained where legally permitted or required.
